After the earthquake, many Haitians lost access to food due to the destroying of the country. Many Haitians lived on bread, some fruit, and not much meat. Many lived in the streets and under tents, therefore they would eat what ever they could find. Overall, the food was very limited in Haiti, especially after the earthquake hit.
I wonder what organizations have helped this issue in Haiti and if they are still doing it. What this country has gone through is unimaginable.
ReplyDeleteSeeing the images breaks my heart. It is horrible to think they don't have access to food on a regular basis. I know there are organizations that have gone in to provide food for the Haitians, I hope this helps decrease the number of starving people.
