In what ways can technology be used to benefit Haiti?


Dear Stranger,
Technology can be used in several ways to benefit Haiti. For example, smart phones would be very useful for the Haitians because many Americans use them when they do not have access to their laptop.  A smart phone is basically a mini computer.  If we helped Haiti gain technology, then the Haitians would be more informed about the things around them.  Meaning, the education would have a more in depth explanation.  Also, it would be useful for research projects.  Haitians would also be able to have a laptop to take to class to take notes like most Americans do.  Most Americans would not be able to function without the use of technology.  Therefore, we should attempt to help as much as we can in order for the Haitians to experience the use of technology.
